Yes, all meals are included in our retreat package! Absolutely! We provide complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off for all our guests. Our friendly drivers will be waiting to greet you at the airport and ensure a smooth and comfortable journey to our retreat. At the end of your stay, we’ll arrange your return to the airport, so you can relax and focus on enjoying your time with us.
Our retreat offers a variety of wellness services and activities designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Yes, we offer a range of exciting excursions and activities to enhance your retreat experience. Explore ancient ruins, embark on a jungle safari, visit local cultural sites, or take a scenic boat tour. You can book these excursions in advance or upon arrival with the help of our friendly staff, who are happy to assist you in planning your adventures.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations will not receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 30 or more days before the retreat, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat. However, we do offer the option to transfer your booking to a future retreat date.
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for yoga, meditation, and outdoor activities. Don’t forget your swimwear for beach and water activities! We provide yoga mats and all necessary equipment for our wellness sessions. For excursions, we suggest packing sturdy shoes, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and a reusable water bottle.
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi in common areas of the retreat center. While we encourage guests to disconnect and enjoy the serene environment, we understand the need to stay connected and provide reliable Wi-Fi for your convenience.
Our retreat provides transportation for all scheduled activities and excursions. If you wish to explore on your own, we can assist in arranging rental cars, bicycles, or local transportation services. Belize is a friendly and accessible country, and we’re here to help you navigate it safely and comfortably.

It’s a good idea to ensure your vaccinations are up to date and to bring any necessary medications. Our team is always available to provide up-to-date information and support to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable trip.

If you are flexible and are willing to share, there is no additional cost if we are able to pair you up with another single traveler. If you wish to have a guaranteed single room, you will have to pay extra and pay in full.
At the time of booking, you will be emailed a trip confirmation, including invoice, andretreat tickets.
Canadian and American Citizens do not require a visa. If you are a citizen of another nation, please do your research to see if you require a visa to enter South Africa.
